- Explain all applicable contract forms and agreements.
- Prepare the Offer to Purchase Contract, present your offer to the sellers (or their agent), negotiate for the most favorable terms and price in your best interest…then help evaluate any counter offer.
- Present you with a list of local inspectors & attorneys if you are not familiar with the community.
- Arrange all appointments for required inspections.
- Arrange a “walk-thru” of your new home before closing to make sure the home is in the condition it was agreed upon in the terms of the offer.
- Handle all necessary paperwork, track deadlines, and accompany you at the closing.
- Furthermore, after you have moved into your new home, we will still be available to answer any questions you may have about the community or your home.
